We work to keep product listings, prices, availability, and other information accurate, but errors or changes may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BOBSA Shop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delays outside our reasonable control, or information supplied by third-party brands or sellers. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Shipping methods, rates, estimated delivery times, and fulfillment details may vary by brand, seller, destination, and product. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays, weather events, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control may affect delivery. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other fees are calculated or disclosed during checkout when applicable. By submitting an order, the customer authorizes the selected payment method for the total amount shown. Orders may be declined, canceled, or refunded if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fraud-prevention checks require cancellation. Any refunds are returned according to the applicable order, seller, and payment-provider policies.
